Club Nintendo Finally Hits the States

Strike up the band, organize a parade, bring in the clowns, Club Nintendo has finally, and we mean finally, come to the States.

Yes, you heard it right, Club Nintendo is no longer something we have to be envious of in our overseas neighbors, we can now join in on the fun.

The Nintendo rewards club was just launch in the U.S., you can sign up for free here, though the site does seem a bit slow at this time. But who cares?! It’s finally here. And we’ve bought so much Nintendo stuff that we’re bound to get at least some gold coins for free. Crossing fingers for 800!

Another Wii Fit Knockoff, the Wu Fit

Holiday seasons are full of knockoffs, so you’re going to have to get smart this year and know what you’re getting into.

If your kids have asked for the Wii Fit and for some reason you end up getting this Wu Fit, I don’t think you’re likely to see a larger fit that your children will throw upon learning of this.

The Wu Fit is the latest of the Wii Fit knockoffs, and at close to $100, this balance board boasts amazing endurance, but you can bet it will not come with Wii software or take a beating.

Estonians Call In Their Votes

The Estonian Parliament voted last Thursday on a bill that would allow Estonians to place their votes from their respective cellphones.

With a strong history of being tech-forward, Estonia easily passed the measure and citizens will now be able to phone in their next Parliamentary votes in 2011.

In order to vote by cellular phone, Estonians will be issued a special chip for their handsets that will keep track of mobile payments as well as verifying the caller’s identity.

AT&T Starts Testing Femtocells Cellphone Boosters

AT&T is finally following Sprint’s lead by beginning tests with femtocells, in-home cellphone boosters. While Sprint has already been selling their own Airwave brand, AT&T is just now testing their own in-home boosters.

AT&T has plans to make a trial version and place them on the market next year.

Omega’s E-Wave Phone Chip Alledges Cellphone Radiation Offset

We’ve been hearing about the dangers of cellphone radiation for years and little few of us have fashioned tin foil into hats, but thanks to the E-Wave we’re all going to have to take this a bit more seriously.

A Belgiam health products company the like of GNC is marketing a new product called the E-Wave phone chip. The chip attaches into your cellphone and reportedly offsets electro radiation, although, let is be said that Omega seems to have done all the testing themselves.

I know we’re all supposed to be going for one of those uber-sleek new microphones, but I just can’t help being a child of the 80s and appreciating a more vintage, quaint design, such as this new USB Condenser Microphone.

With all the latest audio quality features, this Condenser mic stays afloat with the rest and goes so far to just look a whole heck of a lot cooler. And for $19, can’t we all afford a little bit more of that?

T-Mobile 8 Megapixel Samsung Cameraphone Rumored

I think I might just soil these pants if this rumor turns out to be anything else but fiction. Crave is revealing a rumor that a new 8 megapixel cameraphone is heading to T-Mobile to make all of our wet dreams come true.

If this news is real, that would make this Samsung cameraphone feature better than the actual digital camera I try and tote around.

Guess I’m just going to have to rethink just how awesome Samsung can be.
